SUP is a fantastic activity to promote full body exercise and mental well being. 

The Cumbrian lakes are huge part of our family life but there are very few opportunities for families with children to experience and learn SUP skills together.

As a SUP instructor and leader, I decided to offer a unique service that allows everyone to choose their own paddle experience regardless of age or ability.

We also offer bespoke packages to allow whole families to enjoy a fantastic experience together in a fun and informal way.

Rather than using a fleet of single size generic boards and paddles like many other providers,  We provide good quality boards in various sizes to suit everyone.

We have options from lightweight child specific boards, to wider boards for those who need a little extra stability.  We have longer touring boards available for the more experienced.

All equipment provided is of a high standard with safety being paramount.
